The company was established in Bursa in 2017 with extensive knowledge and experience on Spatial Planning to provide services on Urban Design Projects, Zoning Applications, Base Maps and services to the Construction Sector. Our Office has a "Group A" Development Plan Preparation Competence Certificate and is a Registered Trademark.
With extensive knowledge and experience, our office provides consultancy services in cooperation with all relevant public institutions and private sector experts, and takes real estate projects from the planning process and provides services in the following stages:

• Management of business processes.
About Bayram VARDAR, Founder of the Company:
• Graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Urban and Regional Planning in 1992,
• Started his career in 1996 at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Planning and Development Department. Worked as a City Planner for 2 years in the same department,
• Was appointed to the Bursa Province Gürsu District Municipality in 1998 as the City Works Director for 6 years until 2004.
• Between 2004 and 2009, he worked as the Deputy Mayor Osmangazi District Municipality in Bursa Province.
• Between the years of 2009-2017 he worked as Deputy Secretary General in Bursa Metropolitan Municipality for 9 years,
• On 26 April 2017 he resigned from his post of Assistant Secretary General and from Civil Service.
• With the request of the Mayor of Bursa, he continued to serve the city of Bursa with the capacity of Consultant to the Mayor for 6 months.
• He carried out many projects and applications for the Metropolitan City of Bursa in Turkey and abroad,
• In order to examine Investment Opportunities and processes related to Real Estate Development in Turkey and abroad, he participated in many fairs and international events as an exhibitor, panelist and participant,
• He has participated as an exhibitor at The world’s leading property market MIPIM, which is held annually in Cannes, and at various Construction and Real Estate Fairs in Germany Munich to showcase the opportunities and advantages of the city of Bursa; he also participated in fairs and events related to the development of the international real estate sector in London, Dubai, Switzerland Basel, and İstanbul; he was also a panelist in various national events.
He also shared his experiences in many national and international events in Turkey and abroad such as:

• Turkish Historical Cities Association,
• European Association of Thermal Cities,
• Union of Municipalities of Marmara,
